The Secret of Coconut Oil
Angela L. Bowman Wales of Lillian Skin Care tells us how much coconut oil can help our skin.
* For hair – Massage a teaspoon of coconut oil into your hair – leave on for at least 10 minutes, then shampoo out. You can also add a small amount to your conditioner then rinse as usual. On dry hair, take a tiny amount and rub it in your palms and apply to the ends of your hair to control frizz and make your hair shiny and healthy.
* For skin – Before bed, apply coconut oil to your feet, then put on cotton socks. You’ll wake up with brand new feet. It also makes a great lip balm, shaving oil & eye makeup remover
and is great all over for dry skin.
