The recently concluded Philippine show was produced by Joey Espinio, Jr and Audie Espinio. It is a popular fashion show where yet unknown designers are given a chance to showcase their designs to the eager audience who come here with a fresh mind.
This year’s show was full of designs that were unusual and lacked a general sense of wear-ability. This will have problems in marketing in turn. But still a few designers managed to shine out of this. Designers like Ziggy Savella who showcases easy going attire and Reian Mata who showcased dresses which were too outré. But the rest of the designs were anime inspired like the Dalmatian spot dresses. The creations from Oz Go were very interesting with beautiful cut outs and add-ons. The designers like Ulysses King made an interesting spectacle of the showcase by inspiration from the Pontifical Guard.
Then there were premium designers and fashion houses like Premier collection, Alodia Cecilia, Arnold Galang, John Paras, Kristel yulo, Veejay Floeresca, and many moe fresh designers. These designers made shure what part of the crowd were they aiming for and probably impressed them.
