It seems this is the case with the brand new designer in town, Joseph Altuzarra, who is being worn by people like Carine Roitfeld. Roitfeld had worn Altuzarra’s ivory coat, which had mink tails coming out at the shoulders, which caught everyone’s fancy and had them quite amazingly enchanted with the coat as well as its designer. It is quite true that you knew that Altuzarra has indeed made an entry in the NYC fashion circles, with quite a splash.

If you know what we mean, just try to get even a single piece of his fall 2010 collection shoes, which have just sprung out of the shelves at Barney’s. Joseph was so sought after, that it seems as if all that folks wanted to wear was leather, that season. It is quite true that Joseph has become a cult like figure in the world of high fashion in New York, and getting to the dizzying heights as he has done in such a short span of time is nothing short of a miracle.
