This is especially true when the prices of most things get knocked off, when you buy up stuff and you can enjoy it to your heart’s content. This is what happened to Buenos Aires after the economic bust of the year 2001. There were a lot of people who saw busts happening around the globe, and figures that they could live like millionaires if they just converted their dollars into local currency. But then people would never  move, and the opportunity would just get passed up forever, just like that.

This is one of the main reasons why moving to Buenos Aires is one opportunity that a lot of Americans did not pass up or pass by. They just bought things very cheap, and move in there, lock, stock and barrel. This made a lot of sense, because the quality of life in Brazil is great, the economy is booming and you can easily get all the entertainment that you want in its snazzy and glamorous environs. This is all about spotting the right opportunity at the right time and ensuring that you move fast enough to make a kill, when the going is good.
